Friendly, Decisive, took a bit to respond because they’re busy doing excellent work.
I called multiple times and never got a response. A very grave dier situation and I was never taken seriously. That is absolutely not okay and the lady on the phone was half asleep. I have had complaints arise about this office before and there standard of care for clients, inmates and citizens or the fort Wayne Indiana area. I sure hope that this all turns around. Called them multiple times for over 2 months. Never got a return call. Always saying . We're gonna send you info straight to the lawyers . Got nothing . Day before court. We can't help you . My advice. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your time with these people. They are a joke
Four months and not a single word from my attorney. It took over a week for my attorney to contact me after I had to threaten to fire the lawfirm for Loss of Confidence. When my attorney called me, she could not articulate a single item accomplished in the last four months, nor provide a plan going forward. The firm has been fired for LoC. If you would like your time and money respected and used accordingly, look elsewhere for representation.
