Great service, explained all the bed options and how it works, now know what I want and can continue to save and come back to buy, no pressure to buy there and then which was great and excited what I wanted is in budget, and they can take away old bed a mattress, looking forward to coming back soon to buy. John was very friendly and helpful when I first browsed round the shop looking for a new sofa. The one I eventually selected was subsequently delivered by John and his colleague as per the time scale quoted. They were very respectful of my property whilst delivering, even removing footwear when entering to ensure no risk to my carpets. Very pleased and would recommend.
Amazing value & excellent service
John and his team have been absolutely brilliant and very patient with me ringing and asking 'any news on my deliver'. Bless 'em they managed to get my sofa deliver earlier that what was originally planned. Thank you, so much and it not only looks great, it is so comfortable.
