Worst lawyer I have ever used. I paid in full in cash the first day I went in. Took them 5 months to file paperwork. I was told by Mr Silbiger I would get 1800.00 back from garnishment....nothing was ever done in regards to this, never got my money back nor could they produce paperwork to show where the money was requested We finally got into court 7 months later and our our paperwork was not complete. When I first called this place, you would have thought I called a person at a used car dealership desperate to make a sale. That should have been a red flag. However, due to time constraints, the attorneys ability to meet me after work, and having prior familiarity with the area the office is in, I didnt give it a second thought and chose this firm to handle my case.
