Poor customer service- no communication or follow up.
They installed a near 5k pool cover a year later it’s separating at the seem. Cover is under the warranty however they inform me that they will not cover since it was installed wrong I reminded them that they installed the cover then they state it won’t be covered since we had a harsher year of weather.
I would never buy from them again! We bought our second hot tub from them and had awful service. They promised to bring new salt cartridges, never happened. They said they would rotate our filters and clean and deliver them.. Never happened- after 6 months I had to call and ask for them back. We couldn't get the water balanced- they were going to help til we figured it out- never happened. They poked a hole in the bottom covering below the siding, no response- so i duct taped it and now we have mice under our hot tub. We are... read more
