Do not recommend. Find someone else. He attempts to overstep his boundaries, controlling, thinks he's above the law, and even belittles people. I have an invoice where he literally insults me in his own words. It's so unprofessional. I could go on and on about all the problems that have been going on with him. Go elsewhere for your professional needs, this guy is the wrong choice.
I have worked with Carl on a few occasions and each time had a great experience. Very experienced and knowledgeable mediator and attorney!

Carl messed up the PC contract and misrepresented things that would have drastically changed how the PC process went. Overcharged and never kept up. There are much better options out there. After proving he didn’t have a contract he continued to insist we did. It was a mess and not even close to what a neutral should do. Be careful here.
