Punjab driver going south on lagamodier.Driver doing 55kmh in a 80 km zone talking on his headset . I understand driving for conditions but it was plus 27 yesterday and sunny . So I honk at him to pick up his speed. Then when I fi ally get a chance to go around him like the other 15 cars . He gives me the finger while laughing as I passed . What a goof
