If you wanna get billed for a simply inquiring if you’ll need their services, please go ahead. I recommend that you don’t. You’ll receive threatening letters claiming that you owe them hundreds of dollars for simply asking IF you need their services which is baffling. Never signed a contract yet got “billed” for a 5 min conversation. Makes you wonder how many suckers paid for their unsolicited services. Don’t recommend!

We used Arnold Gruber Ltd for estate planning. We appreciated their knowledge, thoroughness, and professionalism. They approached difficult discussions in regard to finances and end of life discussions with care. Not happy with cost, service or results. Overpriced on things that should be given to a more junior staff member (lower bill rate). Never resolved the issue. Feel like Im being charged for them to reread emails because some communication lacking and I had to follow up (so was I charged to have you read the first email not respond then having you review my follow-up). I met with Todd Kotler to assist me with obtaining a Letter of Authority for the estate of my deceased spouse. I had explained what I needed by phone, prior to this meeting, and he said he could help with that. He was late and unprepared for our meeting, without apology. When he learned there were basically no personal assets to report, and I just needed the LOA to get the medical records of my deceased spouse, he asked if I was planning to file a wrongful death action.
