If you wanna get billed for a simply inquiring if you’ll need their services, please go ahead. I recommend that you don’t. You’ll receive threatening letters claiming that you owe them hundreds of dollars for simply asking IF you need their services which is baffling. Never signed a contract yet got “billed” for a 5 min conversation. Makes you wonder how many suckers paid for their unsolicited services. Don’t recommend!

We used Arnold Gruber Ltd for estate planning. We appreciated their knowledge, thoroughness, and professionalism. They approached difficult discussions in regard to finances and end of life discussions with care. Not happy with cost, service or results. Overpriced on things that should be given to a more junior staff member (lower bill rate). Never resolved the issue. Feel like Im being charged for them to reread emails because some communication lacking and I had to follow up (so was I charged to have you read the first email not respond then having you review my follow-up).
