Called needing assistance with estate planning help for my sick father. Was told I would get a call the next Monday. Monday, no call. Called Tuesday and again asked for assistance. I’m out of state and needed to get things done while visiting my father in a 5 day span. Was told I’d be called “Right back” by receptionist. Have not yet received a call, over 1.5 days later.
