Erin, We just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with our move over the last two days. Jeremy and the crew did an excellent job of moving our entire house contents, my basement woodworking shop, and all our outdoor furniture and shed contents. They are all polite, personable, and took great care not to damage our contents as well as the house itself. Great experience start to finish with Arnoff. Joe was communicative and timely during the quote process. Denise was great during the planning and set up of my move, and even accommodated some issues with my move as far as what time of day I needed the crew to show up (last minute). The crew was right on time, very careful with my belongings and had my entire move completed in under 3 hours.

Hands down the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. They alerted us of our scheduled delivery and we responded the next minute confirming. We called the next morning to get a time window. They said they never put it on a truck and that now it will arrive next week since we didn’t confirm. We then explained that we did and sent time stamped proof. They said “oh yeah I see that now” still no willing to rectify the situation. Told us we could drive 3.5 hours one way to pick it up but no one will be there 12-1 and we have to get ... read more

I had previously used them and had a good experience however my second experience was a nightmare. They didn’t show up on moving day and had to reschedule for the next day, they completely forgot. I had to pay an extra night at my old apartment. Also damaged my mattress during the move. Didn’t reimburse me at all
