Thank you to Elena at Arnica for a professional, knowledgeable and comfortable experience. I had my first colonic here and was quite hesitant to try one but had severe constipation and nothing was working. The care was kind, knowledgeable and she was very thoughtful talking though all the steps of what to expect. She was always checking in to ensure the level of comfort was ok.
