Had problems with my lower back and bursitis of the hip and was in pain for over 3 years. Went to see Tayla at Arnhem Physio and she was fantastic. Gave me a program for my back and core for strengthening exercises, noticed an improvement almost immediately. After 3 months I'm pretty much pain free. So glad I went. Thank you so much Tayla.
I couldn't walk without a walking stick and then only slowly and in a lot of pain. After three sessions with physio and massage I have Improved immensely. I'm very grateful to Sarah and her caring, professional staff. Thank you.
