Todd should be turned into the state for unethical mediation and not investigating what facts that were provided by the other party. I unfortunately learned the hard way by never having the representation of an attorney and trusted Todd and the other party during my mediation and it cost me millions. Unfortunately, I can't say whether or not he is a great attorney or not. What I can say is that he does not communicate well. My family was referred to Mr. Arney, for a civil matter by a well respected attorney, that had help our family with another issue. We tried to be understanding regarding Mr. Arney's lack of returning a call because of unforeseen matters that had occurred in November and December.
