Arney & Associates has filed my parents taxes for several years now and never really had too much trouble with them. Last year my husband and I decided to do our taxes with them as well and we had a good experience. However this year is totally different. I have use them for several years. Sometimes I have a hard time getting a response out of them, Usually around tax season, but for the most part it has been great. recently I discovered QB's had messed up on my company's filings for payroll and when I brought it to Arney's, they jumped right in to help, even though it wasn't their mess up to fix. They have given me advice and helped me to solve this issue. They took a situation that was overwhelming and stressful and turned it into a field of wildflowers for me.

Their communication is poor. You have to constantly call up there. Two years in a row. I’ve use them and I’ve had complications with getting my return. Supposedly I had a second invoice. Even though the invoice was due seven days before I paid the other invoice. They told me that was everything when I checked out the first time. I ended up getting another bill a month later. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If it was me, I would go to H&R Block or do my own through TurboTax other than using this company over charg... read more

They have done our taxes for years and they are great. They are always courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!!
