Deceptive billing! I thought this was a complimentary service to help active duty and retirees. Turns out they bill your medical insurance for the services they provide. I did the BodPod and was charged $128 to my insurance! If I had known this up front, I wouldn't have done it!

Awesome resources here! I most often work with Tristen who is easy to talk to and knowledgeable about so much. The bodpod is a cool tool, metabolism assessment was very helpful with calories, protein, carbs, etc intake, and the exercise assessment was also... informative haha. My favorite is the biofeedback series (4) that teaches you about different ways to be mindful and ground yourself and you get 15mins in the anti-gravity massage chair after each session! This is a fantastic establishment for active duty military members and their family. So many available resources. There's Nutritioon counseling where you can set up an appointment with a Registered Dietitian, spiritual counseling to book an appointment with a Chaplan (The Major assigned is an awesome guy), Substance abuse assistance, financial counseling, The Army Welness center which, despite it's name offers all military members access to the Bod pod, metabolic testing, and fitness testing, there even have wonderful cookin... read more
