I am unhappy about my experience with ArmyNavyOutdoors. This was my first purchase, and, well, I wish I had gone somewhere else. First, two days after ordering a full rucksack – and, coincidentally, just 45 minutes after getting notified that my order had shipped – I got a promo email that the *very same* rucksack I *just* ordered was now on sale for 25% off. Good luck getting any customer service. I was charged $408 for shipping a $600 item. Then they told me that I needed to help the driver get the item off the truck because he didn't have a dolly and didn't have anyone there to help him. I had to hire a tasker, completely uproot my day, and go meet a driver. Reached back out to Army Navy Outdoors to see what they were gonna do to make it right, and they said "nothing, sorry."
Great products, prices, and customer service! I was hesitant to begin with due to other reviews and I am glad I took the chance, first military surplus is built to last! Chances are, youll buy this product one time, that's it! Patience was exhibited throughout many emails and even phon calls about products, would recommend this place over all others, AND will buy from again soon!
Interesting place. I would mainly advise you shop at this sit online. This in-person selection was more limited, but the staff was friendly. The entrance to the in-person shop was a little difficult to find as well. Check out their online stuff.
They close to early! I get off at 5:00! Unbelievable
