I had a very disappointing experience with Diane, the military clothing supervisor at the Barksdale Air Force Base Exchange. I attempted to return a pair of boots that I had only tried on once they were still in new condition, but Diane refused to take them back, claiming they looked “worn.” I explained the situation politely, yet she was dismissive and rude throughout the entire interaction. We've been here for over 40 years and have seen a lot of changes over time. First off, it is on Barksdale AFB. Obviously. They carry countless items ! Boys clothes, girl clothes, adult clothes, sportswear, casual wear, dressing up wear, shoes, jewelry, electronics, make up, perfume, toiletries, toys, furniture, snacks, and much much more. Oh, yeah, and a garden section ! Isles are clean and clear and merchandise is always neat and well stocked.
