I have worked at this firm since January of 2024. I have NEVER met, let alone had the privileges of working with this caliber of people ever. They truly care about their client's as though they are family. The management at this firm truly puts family first. And they care about their employees. I am so thankful for Debbie Frasier and Phil Vaughn for their kindness as my sister went through stage 4 cancer. They could not have been more accommodating to myself and my family as an employee.
Couldn't have had a better experience with Tax prep. If you have more than a simple 1040, these are the folks to go see. As their website says, they really are friendly. Also they are very good at fixing tax problems or mistakes by acting on your behalf and working with the IRS.
