Had to procure transportation for my elderly non-ambulatory elderly mother due to a lapse in her LA Care which meant paying out of pocket. Doris assisted me with quotes and scheduling for an appt that required a drive from LB all the way to Lancaster (make sure to ask about type of transport van and available seating). My mom didn't want to ride via gurney and insisted on going in a reclining wheelchair. I’ve been using this service for 3 years now & its consistently dependable & top notch. The vehicles are clean, the drivers are kind & friendly & all wear masks & they’ve been able to go above & beyond to help in tough situations like last minute trips home from the hospital in the middle of the night. Basically excellent safe & comfortable medical transportation.
I cannot say enough good things about this service. They really helped us out of a transportation issue. My girlfriends cancer has gone into the bone and the Drs at UCLA wanted her to come asap. Armstrong made it happen. Drivers were very compassionate and gentle. Thank you
