What a terrible operation. I need to do an in person survey, but the sales person said she was unable to do it. We had set up a basically FaceTime session for her to do it, my wife is currently disabled and cannot support the phone and herself at the same time, but she was going to try. She got everything set up to do this and then the sales person whose name is Sarah, canceled because she was late due to traffic so she could get to her next appointment. Great experience! The movers (CJ and Quale) were on time, professional, and careful with all my furniture. They packed and unpacked quickly, set everything up where I wanted, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!

Gabe and Brian, from Armstrong, were excellent! They were very thorough, very kind and respectful, very careful with all of our belongings when packing everything up.
