We relocated with Armstrong 2 1/2 years ago. The movers dropped some of our furniture down our stairs and cause damage to the stairwell, walls and ceiling. They also drug the furniture across our hardwood floors causing dense throughout. We submitted the claim as we were instructed. Over the course of 2 1/2 years they’ve had people come out and look. We got quotes. They even agreed to pay for the damages after we received estimates. I have it in writing. In October they said the check was on the way. It is now January and no... read more
