I work for a large engineering company in town. Armstrong helped us move to a larger office. They were professional, showed up on time, flexible when my company wasn’t organized enough, and got the job done. I never heard complaints from the team members no matter how heavy the items or tedious the job was. We worked with 3-4 different groups of guys throughout the move and they were all great. I have moved 5 times in my professional career with several different moving companies prior to my latest move with Armstrong Relocation out of Chattanooga. I have always been completely satisfied. NOT the case with Armstrong Relocation & Companies. They picked up my household belongings and were to store them for just over a month till I could close on our new home and then deliver them to that new home. I would never recommend this company. We had to temporarily store our household belonging for a few weeks. When our belonging arrived that was extensive damage to furniture, glassware, and majority of boxes were damaged. The employees they had recovering did not follow instructions on where to put things as well as exhibited a complete lack of respect for our stuff. We also had a lot of missing items. We had a very large claim to file. It took the insurance agent almost 3 hours to complete the assessment.
