Everyone is very nice and friendly.
I hired Mayflower for my move from TN to AZ. I chose Mayflower because I had a positive experience with them on a previous move. However, Mayflower is only as good as its agents across the country. This agent, Armstrong, in LaVerne, TN, has provided me the worst experience in terms of damage to my household goods. It seems that the loading team just didn't care about the proper loading of the goods which has resulted in extensive damage to dinning room furnishings, 2 month old refrigirstor, bar stools and many other items.
