Very disappointing experience with the quoting process. I contacted Armstrong for a quote for an international office move. Jim came to our office on Monday to assess the move. During the visit, before he left, I told him that I was also obtaining quotes from other moving companies. BUYER BEWARE: We chose this company because they’re large, they have to be good, right? WRONG. Our move resulted in the theft of our XBOX and 2 pairs of my husband’s like new Nike shoes. The driver of tne truck used intimidation tactics to minimize damage reporting on both pickup and delivery day. They tossed our couch cushions all over the truck unprotected. So glad we went with Armstrong. Very professional, friendly. Doug Watson was our rep and he was great at explaining everything. Kimberly was the crew chief for packing and loading and she and her crew were wonderful. Very careful with everything, fast, efficient. 6 stars.
