Can't say enough good things about this ladder. I bought a 4 stepper for our Imar RIB a couple of years ago. It is super easy to board the vessel and storage is a breeze. Customer service is also great. We lost the velcro strip that attaches to the ladder so I called for a replacement. The price was excellent and it shipped out the same day. Everything about Armstrong is an A+++
