Lisa Armstrong has helped me tremendously. I’ve tried a few different approaches to improving my mental health, and Lisa is the first therapist I’ve worked with who I genuinely feel listens and understands what I’m saying. My daughter and I have gone through many different therapist and Lisa Armstrong is the best fit for us. She's realistic, enthusiastic and honest.
