First of all, this isn’t my real name, I have to keep things private for all the right reasons. About 17 years ago, this law firm assisted my ex in taking custody away me, even though I was a good parent. I was broke and couldn’t afford a lawyer to fight. I will never forget that, and I want Mr. Anderson to know that God saw all of it. All money ain’t good money sir.
Used this attorney for a real estate transaction as the seller. Buyer requested a title search to insure back taxes weren't owed on the property. Found out a month after the closing that back taxes were owed. This apparently wasn't uncovered by the law firm due to their failure to check into the records at the county office. These records can easily be accessed online. A month after the closing, I was contacted by their office requiring me to pay the back taxes.
