I had a bad experience with them which had been extended from the end of 2003 to the end of 2011. I will not forget when embassy asked me for IELTS and I was not informed by Graham it was required. I contacted him many times but he was on leave cause of marriage vacation. Most emails still available. We talked friendly for a lot of time but his closing reaction was awful and caused me a big loss. Deeply regret I did not sue the man named Graham. Not recommended at all
