Extremely disappointed with my experience. I hired them for a family law matter and communication was consistently poor throughout. I often had to follow up multiple times just to get simple answers, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult process. I was told that signed documents would be sent out by the end of the week. When I followed up the next Monday, I was casually told that someone had been off Friday and the attorney who still needed to sign was now out of the office all week. Amazing job doing planning and will estate Ryan was incredibly easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. He's been around in Lloyd for ages and his involvement in the community shows.
Terrible service. Asked for a basic Personal Directive for my 85 year old mother who was scheduled for a surgery . It took over a month for them to prepare a standardized document into which names were simply inserted into a 2 page document. Signature line had my mom’s name transposed … middle name first, first name second, which had to be corrected at time of signing. Mr. Armstrong did attend at my mother’s senior residence to sign this document, at my request 1 month later, the day before she had surgery. I then had to cal... read more
If you have time and money to waste then this is where to go. If you DONT want to waste your time and money on empty promises, then stay away from here. I’ve heard from three others in the last month that experienced the same and let him go. I’m sure there are many more like us. I do not recommend him.
