Cut off my overdraft while I had a medical condition fighting for my life . I have made 3 different attempts to come get a new debit card and some checks in the past 6 months and every time I show up they claim their system is down. I strongly recommend Grand Savings bank in Siloam Springs. Get this, bot only could I not get A new debit card for the 3rd time. They wouldn't let me close my account either
BAD FRAUD POLICIES I once called to have a check i accidentally sent to be deposited and told them to not deposit it, they said they wouldn’t, did anyways, then freaked out and shut down the account 🤦♀️
