I have many banks that I use, and Armstrong is the worst! Must be chinese state owned as slow as they are. I.E. I transferred money from my credit union to Armstrong. The transfer shows 'SUCCEEDED' in my CU account. That was two days ago, and the money still doesn't show up in my Armstrong account. I thought this was 2026!? I can send money to my friend in Sweden and he'll receive it instantly. Armstrong can't receive a transfer deposit in 3 days, from a credit union that's less than a mile away...
This bank doesn't even deserve one star. They keep locking my bank cards when I am only trying to pay bills. They said it will be over a month just to ship me a new one! It was their mess up!
I was just in visiting from out of state. I just needed to get some change for my $100 bill. I went to “another “local bank and they refused to give me any change 😳 as i wasn’t a customer!!! I’m calling BS. Anyway i went into Armstrong Bank branch on Muskogee and saw the Teller , Jennifer who was so nice and accommodating. I got my change ! Great customer service.
