Excellent place to bank great people and great service!
Sarah helped me over the phone to get into my account she was very nice and on top of everything I needed help with I appreciate her and Armstrong bank for helping me get into my account
I have been with Armstrong bank for several years and I have never had a bank that watched out for their customers like the personal at Armstrong. My account was hacked and thanks to April and the wonderful employees they were able to recognize it wasn’t me and saved my account. I am very grateful to them.
I've been banking with Armstrong almost 20 years. This branch used to be great! Now, if you go in with any type of check (personal or business) and they give you the Spanish Inquisition. And it doesn't matter the amount. At other times I've seen tellers rude to customers in a very condescending tone. I've used the branches in Tahlequah, Fort Gibson and Muskogee and gotten nothing but the best service with a huge smile.
