ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Apparently, at this bank, if you have enough money in there, rules don’t apply to you. I had accounts that were allowed to be closed out against court orders and management knew they also allowed my ex-husband to forge a check and cash it and even made it look like it was legal on a vehicle that we had through them Very sneaky and conniving would not recommend.
Sara @ Armstrong Bank Dewey Ok branch returned my sisters SSI Backpay based on her own assumption. Michael Dennis @ The Bartlesville branch ( Market President) said "If we are wrong I want to make it right". Since 02-14-25 He's only made excuses, and repeated one lie after another. Do not recommend I would give Zero Stars.
Unorganized! They lost a month of checking account transaction data from the previous year preventing my client from having the proper documentation to purchase a home.
Everyone is friendly but the drive through is extremely slow. Sometimes I wait in the commercial lane for 10 to 15 minutes just for them to send the tube to get my bag. Then another 10 or 15 before even acknowledged.
