Unorganized! They lost a month of checking account transaction data from the previous year preventing my client from having the proper documentation to purchase a home.
Everyone is friendly but the drive through is extremely slow. Sometimes I wait in the commercial lane for 10 to 15 minutes just for them to send the tube to get my bag. Then another 10 or 15 before even acknowledged.
Friendly and always willing to help you with your banking information. I've been a customer for years with no issues.
