Client of this firm for over twenty years. & a disabled Veteran. This firm has grown to the point their operation is now NOT about 'Building Lifetime Client Relationships". So, unless you are a moderate to large account, the level of service is unbelievably and horribly unfriendly. Sr. CPA who handled our Taxes for yrs, got to the point where he is to busy to communicate. We had left voice mails, e-mails, for WEEKS. He did not even bother to call us back.
