I have never seen such poor customer service and relations!!! My debit card was compromised and I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get another one. What??? We do not use credit cards so this is my only method of paying for items. It’s Christmas, when asked to get it here sooner I was told sure for $50.00. No one ever suggested another option. For instance, we will pay $25 and you pay $25, a different shipping option with lesser costs, or to simply pay for it as a courtesy for having 3+ accounts there. I’m still waiting a ... read more
