***** updated review, they reached out to me after a few more days, and arranged a delivery telling me that I would be first off the truck as a result of this mistake, and I would have it between 8:00 and 8:30. At 9:00 a.m. a.m. I called them. They have no idea where it's at. I got cold transferred to wrong departments multiple times and after I finally spoke to a supervisor he advised me it wasn't even on the truck yet. Utterly useless!!! I’m unsure why Home Depot keeps using this company. Twice I have had appliances for delivery. Have had to reschedule more than twice. Customer service has no idea when the delivery will arrive and no way of looking it up. PATHETIC!!!
