Hard pass on this place. We were never given a return date, and the owner didn’t take down a name or contact info—just asked for cash and sent us on our way. We brought the suit back within 10 days. When the owner called to check on a late fee (on speakerphone), we overheard a woman say “it’s no problem.” Moments later, he charged us $50 anyway and claimed he was “cutting us a deal.” I questioned it, and he responded with: “I don’t care what you heard.
