Love the Products Offered BUT HATE all their rules that they change totally not in favor of client. Had groupon and discounted my credit (so what's the point of a groupon?) so it wasn't such a great deal after all. I decorate and have referred several clients who've spent thousands of dollars that I've referred there. It's a disappointment for lack of customer care as I've had ther issues with them. Need to find a new referral store.
Best Furniture-Best Service-Unique Pieces – I love love love this store. I live in Austin and DRIVE to San Antonio just to shop for my furniture here. I have purchased armoires, tables, chairs, lighting, curtains, mirrors, accessories, etc. The furniture is very well made and made to last!! I love the ladies who work there...they know everything about the furniture and how to pair it. I tell everyone about this store. If you are looking for unique pieces...this IS the place.
My Favorite Store in San Antonio! – This store is a one of a kind. I thank the owner for opening a store with these hard to find furnishings. I have been there several times and have taken my friends. They agree the store is a one of a kind find. I have brought several things there and delivered to my home by the delivery guys. Nice furniture...bad, bad, bad customer service – We purchased a light fixture that was missing a few of the crystals. The manager took a bit more off the sale price because of this but when they were taking the light down for us to purchase, we realized the glass had a break in it. The manager said if we still wanted it, she would take a total of 50% off...the break seemed contained, so we decided to buy it since it was the last one in the store. Best furniture anywhere – Great furniture, but mostly it was unique; like as if it was a new antique if that makes any sense... my style is contemporary and my mom's is more traditional and we both found somethings we like.
