I have been a client of Armita’s for over 10 years, and I couldn’t be happier with her service. I have referred many friends and family members to her, and every single one has been extremely satisfied. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and respectful, and her prices are very reasonable. Armita is truly the best, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional service!

Superb service. Of all the parties a homebuyer has to deal with, I wouldn’t have expected the notary to be the most professional and caring. This is my notary public for life.

Armita provides a level of service that is hard to find in downtown Vancouver. She is professional, polite, and incredibly accommodating, even with last-minute requests. I’ve had documents notarized by her three times, and each experience was stress-free and efficient. She takes the complexity out of the process by explaining everything clearly, all while keeping her fees very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a seamless, professional and reliable notary service.
