Absolutely amazing customer service. I was seeking a rare part after searching high n low in multiple shops and this business took the time to make it as friendly as possible and located exactly what I was seeking. The store is clean and tidy and there's nothing hidden out the back if you want your bike serviced. You see exactly what's being done unlike 99% of other bike service businesses. Thanks heaps for your time and helping me out 🙏

My son attends a boarding school in Armidale and required a new mountain bike, I ordered one online and had it delivered to Armidale Bicycle Centre, they had it assembled and ready to go for him in next to no time. We also went in and purchased everything my son needed to get started. very friendly and knowledgeable and more than happy to help my son out and happy to explain everything to him. Thanks heaps
