Armen Living has been a great - I had bought a set of their barstools few years ago from Lamp Plus and some of the screws/parts came off through regular usage - I emailed them the details and no questions asked, they Fedexed me the required parts. Amazing customer service to go with their aesthetically pleasing products.
Purchased Armen Living barstools. Within three months, the following occurred: - Seat padding compressed unevenly — feels like sitting on plywood - Welds on the footrest cracked - One stool's leg became wobbly despite never being abused or overloaded Customer service asked for photos, which I provided. My experience with Armen Living was disappointing. While the designs are appealing, the overall quality did not meet expectations, especially for the price point. Overall, the product and service did not align with what I anticipated, and I would encourage others to carefully review their options before purchasing.
Very disappointing experience with Armen Living. The quality does not match what’s advertised—materials feel cheap and poorly finished, especially for a brand claiming decades of expertise. Customer service was unresponsive and not helpful when trying to resolve issues. Shipping and handling also left much to be desired. Overall, this company prioritizes appearance over durability and customer support. Would not recommend.
I am more than happy to make this comment regarding their customer service because Katherine provided me with exceptional after-sales customer service! In addition, she responded very, very quickly to my request for help in finding a replacement part. I was truly impressed by the very courteous service and the genuine concern to help me. I greatly appreciated it and have rarely seen such good service elsewhere.
