Awful quality products. Bad company to work for
I bought a 6 drawer dresser for $1000 at full price. The first drawer came out of the channel in 9 months. I thought it was a one-off, but in the next 3 months two more drawers are now detached in a very similar way. The remaining 3 also look malformed and I think they’ll break soon in the exact same manner. We’ve only stored clothes in there and nothing super heavy. I ordered 2 barstools from them through Amazon and they look great. One of the barstools was missing a piece and when I reached out to Customer Service, they were extremely helpful and communicative on sending the replacement part.
