I am more than happy to make this comment regarding their customer service because Katherine provided me with exceptional after-sales customer service! In addition, she responded very, very quickly to my request for help in finding a replacement part. I was truly impressed by the very courteous service and the genuine concern to help me. I greatly appreciated it and have rarely seen such good service elsewhere.
We had such a great experience dealing with Katherine at Armen Living. We ordered five outdoor bar stools and I called to request touch up paint. She was so pleasant and was quick to inquire with her team if they had any available. She reacted quickly and responded within minutes with an email that provided a tracking number for the paint samples that I received two days later. Now that’s great customer service!!! Thank you Katherine!! Oh and by the way, we are in love with our new barstools!
Awful quality products. Bad company to work for
I bought a 6 drawer dresser for $1000 at full price. The first drawer came out of the channel in 9 months. I thought it was a one-off, but in the next 3 months two more drawers are now detached in a very similar way. The remaining 3 also look malformed and I think they’ll break soon in the exact same manner. We’ve only stored clothes in there and nothing super heavy. Terrible product. 2 bar stools that had very little use are completely falling apart in lwmess than four years. The office was less than friendly
