I found myself making contact with AFBA so that going forward the results are going to be good. I had an EXCELLENT experience with Ms. Lety. It had been a long time since I had updated my AFBA beneficiaries/personal data after a name change, and Ms. Lety, even though almost at the end of her shift, stayed on the phone with me and helped me establish my on-line account, update my profile, user name, password, beneficiaries AND she discovered that she needed to merge TWO AFBA accounts into just one for me.
