I've had many life changes recently, I lost most of my important documents in a flood and I felt overwhelmed and had no original paperwork to make things current. I talked to Lety at customer service today and all my worries were gone. She gave me all the information I needed, she walked me through insurance paperwork that was a little confusing and got me back on track. AFBA came to my spouses employer to attempt to sign people up. My spouse and I already have term life insurance so he figured he’d get a quote and if it was better, would share that with me. Well the agent, Matt Dworning, went ahead and signed my spouse up after my spouse gave him our information (to only build a quote). They even documented MY signature for enrollment which in itself is a crime. Steer clear of this company.
