Excellent service was provided by Lety in the Customer Service Department of AFBA. Lety was professional and extremely knowledgeable while being friendly and understanding of my request. Lety even called me back within a short time confirming that additional documentation was needed to complete the request. AFBA is fortunate for her represention in the direct care of their customers. Lety needs to be recognized for exceptional customer service.

Spoke with Ruby regarding a transfer of insurance. She knew exactly what she was doing, was efficient, proactive and informative. In a time when great customer service isnt the norm, interaction with Ruby was a refreshing experience.
