Customer service was great, the representative I spoke to was very helpful and quick at finding the information I was needing to fix.
People are quick to tell everything when something is wrong. I'm here to tell you how a company can progress by having the right person (people) in place to assist those in need. I honestly called to complain and cancel my insurance due to a technicality. I've called several times (3-4) within the year and received help but it was not informative nor corrected my issue.
