Had the pleasure to speak with Richard today, and let me tell you something!!! Richard should be teaching customer service classes!!!! His patience and energy were UNMATCHED!! He answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to “kindergarten” all of this very, and most times, overwhelming information! Thank you!
Have been waiting 4 weeks for the 1st initial check, first time they sent to wrong address ,took 4 calls to get it right and 4 weeks later, supposedly sent out. 7 days later, no check. Can't get my husband's ashes until I can pay for them.i feel I am getting a run around. Looking for closure. Not happy. Customer support was kind, but I don't think each department knows what they others are doing.
