DO NOT use this company. Asked for my policy 2 be canceled 2 years ago and just found out today they never canceled my policy and have no plans look into how this happened or return the money they took from me the past 2 years.
Signed up with AFBA while in the police academy. I had a bad feeling about them but against my better judgement I signed up. After speaking with coworkers 5 months later they advised me it wasn’t a good company and a waste of money. I emailed them to cancel, provided all information as requested. Life changes are real, thus adapting to those changes require the customer to reach out and make other changes. I found myself making contact with AFBA so that going forward the results are going to be good. My intentions and the possibilities of how to achieve those intentions developed into an excellent experience between myself and the Agent 'L' that took my call. She was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The service was first class. I'm a satisfied customer.
