What the hell is going on here? I was on hold for 45 minutes...I called all the phone numbers...not helpful at all. I only wanted to talk to somebody at the branch on Ft. Leonard Wood. This is the worst customer service ever, the phone situation is just stupid.
It is impossible to get thru the 800 number and no matter what branch you call it transfers you right back to the 800 number. PUT SOME LIVE PEOPLE on the phones!!!!!!! And make it where I can call my branch to check on MY money.
