This number is for one a pain t!! You have to go threw a computer to talk to a real person and then when you get to talk to someone, they are not at the bank, there a call center. The search that I pulled up said that this is the banks number which it is not.
What the hell is going on here? I was on hold for 45 minutes...I called all the phone numbers...not helpful at all. I only wanted to talk to somebody at the branch on Ft. Leonard Wood. This is the worst customer service ever, the phone situation is just stupid.
Armed Forces Bank has messed up on my account multible times. I would strongly advise NOT using them. I would give negative stars if possible
It is impossible to get thru the 800 number and no matter what branch you call it transfers you right back to the 800 number. PUT SOME LIVE PEOPLE on the phones!!!!!!! And make it where I can call my branch to check on MY money.
Customer Service was horrible! Branch didn't even send my debit card to HQ until I called and they still said it was my fault for it all! Go with USAA and don't waste your time!
