worst bank i have ever seen in my life kept me on hold for 1;30 minutes just to tell me my routing number i google it and got the answer in 2 seconds , not to mention that i drove to the bank and had no idea it was inside an air force base and had no military id so i couldnt get in got treated like if i was some type of immigrant worst experience ever !!!!.

A few months ago the bank changed their matching hours with AAFES to closing at 4 pm. I scheduled my day to be there before 4 pm and got there with plenty of time to discover they are only open three hours on Sunday from 10 AM to 1 PM and of course blame it on COVID. They are such derelicts and they don't even answer their own complaints. Those apparently are done by the Corporate HQ in Missouri.
