I have been with this bank since 2001 and sincerely regret allowing my attachment to the military and memories of Basic TNG and AIT keep me with them. Due to the bank most recently mailing my new bank card to the wrong address (they put the wrong zip code on the envelope) the card I had that was expiring had a hold put on it. I submitted a complaint to armed forces bank on 9/25/19. It’s now 12/4/19 and I have yet to hear back with any updates or proposed resolution. The staff at the call center have been rude and unprofessional, and they appear to lack the training to deal with my issue. This is a real disappointment, especially since I’ve been with the bank for almost 15 years. Does anyone care about this little consumer? Don G****, can you please help?

I attempted to use the mobile deposit to deposit a check, it was rejected due to “picture quality” and instructed me to try again. I did, and was told the deposit was pending. When I checked my account the next morning, it didn’t show up at all, so I called the bank to make sure it had gone through. We have been customers of this bank for many years, We are retired military. Only one bank at fort Knox now, and it's only open till 4 weekdays, NO Saturday service/closed. The mobile app doesn't work correctly you cannot deposit with it. We are changing soon to another bank this is ridiculous. They need to get up to date, offer more services/options, better hours, free check's, no atm fees, cash back with card usage, fix the banking mobile app! There are better bank choices out there!

OK, I have a "few" grievances with this.. Bank. 1. I signed up for overdraft protection with these guys. I literally overdrew by $5.01 and ended up with a $29 charge. How can they justify charging over 5 times the amount covered? One other bank I am with only charges equal to the amount covered up to their "per transaction" overdraft coverage fee. Collections is never at the phone when you call. You wouldn't think it would be hard to pay a bank money that you owe them.

I have been trying for weeks to get a hold of someone due you guys reporting that I owe you $42 for an account that was not ever opened. You were the ones who could not understand a court order for name change and "lost" my paperwork 3 times. Took about 2 months to process it and say you could not open my accounts. Why are you now reporting that I owe $42 for a credit card that was never used? I called in to raise my spending limit to pay for repairs to my car. The bank rep assured me the account limit was raised properly. I attempted to pay the shop and was denied 3 times. I called back the following day and repeated the process to raise my limit. Again assured it was correct. Again denied 3 times. I called back the 3rd day and was assured again it was correct, the payment went through, but my ability to pay for anything else that day was not raised, even though I specifically requested that.
