My experience at Armani Exchange was completely ruined because of Karina, the so-called manager. She is shockingly unprofessional - standing around gossiping about her own employees in front of customers like it's some high school drama. It was disgusting to witness and completely unacceptable for a manager at a brand like Armani Exchange.
