I cant tell you if their work is any good or not. I cant get them to answer me or my questions. I contacted them through their website a week ago with questions regarding refinishing an oak kitchen table. I waited until Friday morning of last week and then reached out through their website again and even asked them if this was not a job they were able to do, could they recommend someone who could. I bought a 1910 Globe Wernicke bookshelf online. Two of the four units arrived with damage to the dual-rod-scissors mechanism and its tracks. The seller sent some replacement parts, which differed from the originals in size and shape (and presumably function). I called Armand, and he confirmed he likely could do the repairs with Globe Wernicke parts. I went to his shop the following day (Google Maps wasn't precise for me, FYI.)
