They are polite at first but once you agree to lease or pay they lose toucu. the delivery guys were rude left everything in the driveway they forgot my mattresses protector then they lie about delivery time on and on they don't communicate & are very unprofessional. Its hard for me to do any reviews but my situation gave me a bad headache and unnecessary stress now for me to cancel a mattress exchange they are giving me more of a hassle even though it hasnt been delivered. Ridiculous.
