Disappointing service and broken delivery promises. I purchased a couch and coffee table from Arluxx more than two months in advance and spent over $4,000, expecting that kind of lead time and budget would mean a smooth, well-planned delivery. That has not been the case. As of now, the couch still hasn't even shipped.
