Very friendly staff and clean
The physical therapy is amazing! Fantastic therapist! Completely stellar!! Now the facility, nurses and techs? Shockingly vile and atrocious!! They purposely make make life harder for the residents. Putting food, drinks and their call buttons deliberately out of reach. They left me in a soiled brief/diaper over 3 hours!! The attitudes of the visually and verbally that they do not care, and almost daily you could hear them in the hallways bad mouthing the patients. I literally cried every day I was there!!
