I reserved a vehicle earlier in the week and called the morning of to confirm my reservation and the person who answered asked if she gave info about insurance when I called, I gave him my insurance info to only find out that my insurance wasn’t accepted by Toyota for full coverage of rental was not told prior to , ruined the whole travel because now I had to find another rental last minute never got an email confirmation with any of this info, extremely unprofessional, he was apologetic but it was far to late, what if I jus... read more
